We can provide project-relevant certification and compliance documents from Sinjo Textile or our production partners where available. For OEKO-TEX®, Higg FEM or GRS-related requests, the document holder, scope and current validity are checked before sharing.

Define the requirements before approval
Quality checkpoints to discuss
Depending on the project, the brief may cover construction, appearance, width, weight, colour, finish, sample approval and customer-specified testing requirements. The applicable method and standard are confirmed for each project.
Separate physical approval from measured requirements
Handfeel, shade, transparency, surface appearance and construction can be reviewed against an approved physical reference. Measurable requirements such as weight, width or customer-specified performance tests should remain separate fields so a visually similar sample is not treated as automatic technical approval.
Keep the method with the target
When a buyer requires a test value, record the named method, units, direction and any pretreatment together with the target. This keeps later sample and production discussions tied to the same approval basis instead of relying on a headline claim alone.
Review evidence
Make approval decisions from visible, traceable references
Colour review, sample preparation and visual inspection are shown as real process context. Customer-specific test methods and acceptance limits are agreed separately.
Partner laboratory support
Internal testing support during laminated-fabric development
Our lamination partner maintains an in-house textile laboratory that can support development-stage internal testing and material evaluation for laminated-fabric projects. The supplied video is identified by our lamination partner as laboratory footage. Its equipment, methods and any reported results must be verified against the specific project records.
- Internal checks can support faster technical feedback during development.
- The exact test method, sample identity, target and acceptance criteria are agreed for each project.
- When a buyer, brand or certification program requires an independent laboratory, partner in-house testing does not replace that third-party requirement.
